Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nagh88 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account. nagh88 will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify nagh88 support immediately. nagh88 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze the account to prevent further unauthorized activity.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, nagh88 will conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo identity document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months), and, where the deposit method involves a mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), confirmation that the registered mobile number belongs to you.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed on the same business day. Requests submitted after this cut-off or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallets are generally credited within one to three hours of processing. Bank transfer timelines may vary depending on the receiving institution.

All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. nagh88 also reserves the right to apply additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests that are unusually large, where account behaviour suggests irregular activity, or where the source of funds requires clarification.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

Depositing funds to a nagh88 account for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity — including the use of nagh88 as a payment processing intermediary — is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or financial crime will be reported to relevant authorities and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of all balances.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, or using third-party tools to manipulate bonus conditions — is strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is identified, nagh88 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates, which are displayed in the account promotions section.

Gameplay & Fair Use

6.1 Game Integrity

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, nagh88 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to players. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be settled and any remaining balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's last verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

7.2 Company-Initiated Suspension or Closure

nagh88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

Where an account is closed for cause, nagh88 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, winnings and bonuses associated with the breach may be forfeited.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion through nagh88's responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion closes the account for a minimum period of six months. During this period, re-registration using the same identity documents is blocked, and the player is removed from all marketing communications. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits nagh88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through nagh88's internal complaints procedure will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. Players agree that any such proceedings will be conducted in the English language.
